Assistant programmer for Feel Good Fridays at the University of Michigan Museum of Art: Feel Good FUN at the Ann Arbor Summer Festival. Lead event curator: Grace Vandervliet. June 10, 2022. In partnership with Stamps School of Art and Design professor Mark Tucker, this event was done in conjunction with the exhibition FUN, which converted UMMA’s glass-walled Stenn gallery into a creation space. Piles of materials and supplies formed the backdrop of a collaborative, summer-long free artists’ workshop. Visitors gathered at UMMA to march to the event space at the Summer Festival with a papier-mâché sculpture created by Tucker and students. The museum offered arts and crafts experiences for families and festival-goers.
